Architecture

IAnversic ERP — Architecture

Design decisions

  • Modular architecture vs. monolith or microservices.
  • Module activation per company and license.
  • Separation of user permissions and company boundaries.
  • Balancing regulatory compliance with extensibility.

Technical challenges

  • Consistent permissions across multiple modules.
  • Keeping module independence while enabling integrations.
  • Configurable processes without losing business rules.
  • Managing licenses and enabled modules without inconsistent states.

Test Evidence & Validation

Multiple layers of verification across the application lifecycle.

IAnversic ERP is validated through a combination of automated tests, browser-based workflow checks, hands-on functional testing, and independent third-party validation.

  1. 01Unit Testing

Frontend and backend unit tests verify individual components, business logic, and expected behavior in isolation.

Evidence: test reports, execution output, and relevant test cases.

  2. 02Automated End-to-End Workflow Checks

Selected business workflows are exercised through the browser using Claude-assisted automation and Chrome DevTools MCP.

Evidence: execution logs, screenshots, and recorded expected-versus-actual outcomes.

  3. 03Manual Functional Testing

Hands-on testing validates business rules, user interactions, edge cases, and scenarios that require contextual judgment.

Evidence: test scenarios, acceptance checklists, and documented findings.

  4. 04Third-Party Validation

Additional reviews and validation by external parties provide feedback beyond the developer's own testing.

Evidence: documented feedback, reproduced findings, and verification of resolved issues where available.

Current status & next steps

The core ERP modules and authentication system are implemented and validated through automated tests, end-to-end workflows, manual testing, and independent verification.

Ongoing development focuses on expanding business capabilities, refining cross-module integrations, enhancing reporting, and optimizing performance and reliability.
